As long as no profit is made, you are welcome to use Huckleberry Hearts, LLC content on any personal or non-profit project without providing design credit.
ACCEPTABLE COMMERCIAL USE WITH GRAPHIC CREDIT:
Purchase of Huckleberry Hearts, LLC content comes with small commercial use license up to 1000 copies. Design credit is required with a link back to Huckleberry-Hearts.com (example: graphic design by Huckleberry Hearts, LLC, © www.Huckleberry-Hearts.com). An optional ‘No Credit License’ is available for purchase if you don’t wish to provide design credit.
WHAT YOU CAN USE HUCKLEBERRY HEARTS CONTENT FOR:
Personal/Non-Profit Use Small Commercial Use with Design Credit (up to 1000 copies) Embroidery Digitizers (as long as the file is a digital embroidery file and no original Huckleberry Hearts designs are included) Digital Product Designers (you must add enough of your own work to make it an original design and all files must be flattened so original Huckleberry Hearts designs cannot be extracted) Printed Product Designers (this includes stickers, planners, invitations, t-shirts, mugs, etc. up to 1000 copies. If you need to print more than 1000 copies, please contact me.) Fabric Designers (You may print up to 200 yards total. If you need to print more than 200 yards, please contact me.) Logo and Web Designers (You may use each set purchased for your own personal business logo/web/marketing project or for one commercial use end product. For website/blog headers and images, be sure to flatten the image and reduce to 72 dpi so the original image cannot be extracted.) App Designers (You may use Huckleberry Hearts content for commercial use, but you must either provide design credit to Huckleberry Hearts, LLC with a link back to www.Huckleberry-Hearts.com or purchase an optional ‘No Credit License’. Up to 1000 download are allowed, more than 1000 downloads require a mass production license. Please contact me for more info.) All images must be flattened to 72dpi and users cannot extract original files.) Cutting File Designers (You may use Huckleberry Hearts content to create layered cutting files that must be assembled after cutting. Simply converting content to an SVG or other cutting file and selling as is in NOT allowed.) LLC graphics or content You cannot share Huckleberry Hearts, LLC graphics or content for free, this includes personal use. You cannot use Huckleberry Hearts, LLC graphics or content to use as items for sale in direct competition with Huckleberry Hearts, LLC. This includes scrapbook kits, clipart bundles, digital downloads, etc.
FONTS (STANDARD LICENSE)
Huckleberry Hearts fonts are allowed for personal use in an unlimited number of projects. You may also use Huckleberry Hearts fonts in commercial projects for one end product. You do not need to credit Huckleberry Hearts for the use of the font, however if you wish to you can.
